Refund policy

At Amvée, we maintain strict quality control standards for all our candles and fragrance products. Due to the personal-use and fragrance nature of our products, returns and refunds are governed by the following terms:

1. No Return Policy
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Used products
  • Opened candles or fresheners
  • Products where the seal or packaging has been tampered with
  • Fragrance dissatisfaction (scent preference issues)
  • Minor packaging dents not affecting product quality.

Fragrance perception is subjective. Refunds will not be issued based on personal liking or scent preference.

2. Damaged or Wrong Product Claims
Claims will only be considered if:

  • Reported within 24 hours of delivery
  • Supported by a clear unboxing video (starting before opening the package)
  • Clear photos showing the issue
  • Without an unboxing video, no claim will be accepted under any circumstances.

3. Resolution for Approved Claims
If approved after verification:

  • Replacement will be provided (subject to stock availability), OR
  • Store credit may be issued
  • Refunds will be provided only if replacement is not possible.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.
  • Prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch may be subject to payment gateway charges.

5. Refund Processing (If Applicable)
If a refund is approved:

  • Processed within 7–10 business days
  • Refunded to original payment method
  • Shipping charges are strictly non-refundable

6. Fraud Prevention Clause
Amvée reserves the right to reject return/refund requests in case of:

  •  Suspicious or fraudulent claims
  • Repeated return requests from the same customer
  • Violation of policy terms
